Just a stone’s throw from Bournemouth and Southampton and in the heart of the New Forest, Beaulieu provides a beautiful and inspiring setting for meetings, conferences, events, celebrations and dining.
The stunning 13th Century Domus, within Beaulieu Abbey, provides a unique and spectacular atmosphere for your event. Founded 800 years ago by Cistercian Monks from France, the Abbey was destroyed by Henry VIII during the Dissolution of the Monasteries. This left only two buildings intact: the lay brothers' dormitory, known as the Domus, and the Monks' Refectory, now the Parish Church of Beaulieu.
In contrast, our recently refurbished meeting rooms within the Lord Montagu Building combine functionality and comfort with a fresh and modern interpretation of the Forest surroundings.
Choose from one of our meeting rooms for between 2 to 30 guests, lecture theatre for up to 220 guests and perhaps include a visit to The National Motor Museum and visitor attractions to guarantee a memorable event.
Or why not hold your larger event on one of our private lawns. Perfect for family fun days, corporate away days or large summer parties, we can provide marquees, entertainment, team building activities or that real festival vibe for up to 5000 guests.
Whether you are planning a small meeting, large conference, team building or dining experience we have unrivalled packages which put our client at the heart of all we do. Our expert events team work hard to ensure we understand your priorities and are on hand to support you throughout. Our ambition is to exceed expectations for you and all your guests.
